STATEMENT OF REFUGEES :
Understand that the Directorate General of Immigration to allow refugess who have received a certificate from UNHCR Indonesia to be placed and stay in a specified place outside the immigration detention center for refugess is located in the placement process to third countries, with some of the following provisions :
- Refugess should stay in place as determined by Directorate General of immigration, unless given written permission to be moved or removed for any reason
- Refugess are not allowed to be in the area of the airport or seaport, unless accompanied by officers from the Immigration
- Refugess are not allowed to receive guests who stay or live in dwellings provided to them
- Refugess must obey the regulations in Indonesia, including no to be looking for work, doing activities related to wages, driving a vehicle without a driver's license as well as the surrounding enviroment to maintain order
- Refugess must report to the Immigration office periodically Indonesia 1(one) month
I certify that I understand and will abide by these conditions and if violated, I am willing to re-placed in Immigration detention while a waiting placement in a third country
